    Will hold off for reviews of OL's protein before buying any. I'm not as hardcore about going out and grabbing the newest and greatest flavors. I now keep a smaller stash of protein than I've had before and liked.

And we can split hairs on "cinnamon roll" vs "CTC" vs "snickerdoodle" but a good cinnamon protein is a good cinnamon protein and if I'm in the mood for cinnamon protein, I generally don't care if there's butter undertone or not.

    Your squat is huge for your weight class. Honestly, great lifts!

    Have you ever tried pulling conventional? I would assume you have...just curious where you think your weakness is in the deadlift compared to squat.

    I spend most of the off-season pulling conventional because sumo Fs my hips. I pull sumo probably less than 10x per year lol. Sumo is still stronger thanks to body proportions though. I figure eventually my hips will get bad enough that I'll have to switch over to convo entirely but hopefully that won't be until I'm done being competitive.
    Part of it is probably technique and programming. We have several very good squatters to come out of our gym (coach has equipped all-time squat and total world records and held a raw squat and total too until recently, also have a large number of people ranked top 20 all-time for squat...I think that 420 might be #15 all-time actually, and I am NOT considered one of the gym's top squatters, to put it in perspective), and not as many good deadlifters, so we're better at coaching and cueing squat.

    Part of it is probably technique and programming. We have several very good squatters to come out of our gym (coach has equipped all-time squat and total world records and held a raw squat and total too until recently, also have a large number of people ranked top 20 all-time for squat...I think that 420 might be #15 all-time actually, and I am NOT considered one of the gym's top squatters, to put it in perspective), and not as many good deadlifters, so we're better at coaching and cueing squat.
    Well, the squat training is clearly working for you. Killer lifts, I'm impressed.

    There are quite a few cinnamon and cinnamon roll proteins that I can think of that are very good though. AI's is good, but I don't think it's markedly better than PEScience, ProMore, and Gaspari, for example. And we can split hairs on "cinnamon roll" vs "CTC" vs "snickerdoodle" but a good cinnamon protein is a good cinnamon protein and if I'm in the mood for cinnamon protein, I generally don't care if there's butter undertone or not.

    2. Great. Lifts. Damn. That squat is absolutely awesome for your weight...and it's about 70 more lbs than I can do. I can pull 500, but I can only squat 350. Way to blow me out of the water.
    3. I immediately caught the "Not My Gumdrop Buttons" reference and chuckled pretty good. As I posted earlier, I have like 50 lbs of protein right now due to my desire to have a different flavor every day (want > need, obviously). I'll get around to trying the Gingerbread, Blueberry, and Fruit Loops flavors eventually.

    Wow awesome lift and strengths. I'll just go over here, be quiet and continue to be old and broken(seriously yes I am broken you don't even know...and it sucks).

    Okay, I admit I was just in a way too early to post mood so worded it strongly. Maybe now interested in the Gingerbread and the peanut utter cups ONLY if it's like a Reeses.

    Now onto the labels, it's kind of hard hide these from wife as I have to hide them due to wife not very pleased with such graphics and sometimes names (Bloodshred).

    Lol meet was called the Iron Maiden. I'm sure there was Maiden on the meet playlist but I'm usually oblivious to music during meets. Background song I threw in there is royalty free. Sometimes I risk it with copyrighted songs, since it's not like any of my YouTube videos are monetized, but ******** occasionally just removes the music altogether and then it's weird and silent so the majority of the time I use royalty free music. This one is just a no copyright remix of the Mortal Kombat song which I thought was funny so I used.
