Anyone else feel "off" after consuming 40-50g of WPC/WPconentrate post workout? doesn't happen whenever i use WPI. Not allergic to any foods either. But feel tired and prone to dehydration.

25g though and im fine.

something related to insulin maybe?

That's pretty accurate. I had it yesterday and I think it's a spot on description.

Bought a cheap egg cooker on Amazon years back, hard/medium/soft boils up to 7 eggs at once in about 15 minutes, minimal clean up (wipe metal plate). Ends up being a lot cheaper than buying the pre-made, though it is a bit more work.

Same here. Bought one on Amazon, and love it. It really saves a ton of money.

They're all pretty much the same, and they work very well. I bulk cook some for the week and they keep well. Tate less rubbery IMO than the store bought pre-cooked ones.

Agree. I have a small one that does 5 jumbos, and a full size veggie steamer that will do 10. Both work great. I refuse to buy pre-cooked. Tried one once, and it was terrible.

probably so, but hard boiling eggs myself results in eggs that smell pretty bad. it got to be too much and i really couldnt stomach them anymore. but these pre cooked eggs dont smell at all, dont have much taste either which is awesome.

i think its only $10.00 for 36 of them which isnt really that expensive either.

Dosed at 23:00,went to bed at 00:15, woke up once at 03:00, went right back to sleep, wife and kids up 07:00 (which woke me up, my one day a week to sleep in, went back to sleep), didn't wake up again until 10:00.

That is unheard of. I typically wake up multiple times a night esp when I take nothing, and I never go back to sleep, soundly, in the morning even when I have a chance to 'sleep in', let alone for 3 hours.

If it can repeat that I'll be thrilled.

Yes I read that consecutive days of use it gets even better, but supps are too expensive to be chaining them like and I always fear any kind of reliance on sleep stuff (inb4 meatie) so I try not to take anything multiple nights in a row.

Maybe I need to give this a try, I seem to sleep ok but it’s isually light sleep, not the beneficial deep sleep (according to my garmin I get about 2.5hrs deep sleep a night.... )

That's one of my issues. I wake up a lot while sleeping light, a lot...TLDR, this might do what I read it is supposed to do and help noticeably with that...and without the frequency of use/dependency issues of the phenibut based stuff. I overpaid to get this last one, but I look forward to my once a week Fade Out.

Foam ear plugs have done the trick for my light sleeping.

Results: Inconclusive, not as good as the night prior. Woke up several times (normal), did get back to sleep easily enough, feel as rested as I could hope for the sleep I got, not hard to wake/get up.
