^Those Peeps Oreos were delicious, but so sweet I was good after just a couple.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Think I may just bite the bullet and dish out the cash for an Inzer Belt. Was considering another strengthshop belt cause you simply can't beat the price, but they are out of prong belts my size and don't offer single prong yet in my area. Inner Strength can ship to me in 2-3 business days and dat durr Inzer belt is looking nice. Also saw a belt from a company called Rise that looks pretty nice but can't find enough reviews and the price point is only marginally cheaper.
superhuman67 I really appreciate the recommendation for Best Belts (on spread). Checked it out and they look fantastic, but I can't wait 5-7 weeks to get my belt. I need it now damnit!Last edited by BenBlue; 01-11-2019 at 12:02 PM.

Usually just drink an energy drink (150-200mg) and that is it early afternoon. Decided to throw back a scoop of orange brainwash with it. Wow. On another level.

Good to know. Haven't come across a single bad review, so that's a positive. Just so damn expensive. Strength Shop is way better priced, but it is faux leather, so i'm expecting the quality w Inzer to last my lifting career.
edit: that is if my dumbass doesn't lose the damn thing.Squat and Deadlift

Assuming the talk of Inzer quality going downhill in years past is overblown (IDK...haven't bought from them in years), those belts are a great investment. I'm using the 13mm Forever Lever belt that I bought, I don't even know exactly, but at least 8 years ago. My Forever 10mm twin prong is even older and has seen a lot of use too.

Little update on a new product I have wanted to try for a while so finally purchased. Outbreak Nutrition F.P.S.. Flavor only comes in Devastated Dew and as a Mountain Dew fan I had to try. Just knocked back a scoop in about 10 ounces of water and it's legit. Tastes amazing. Has a slight fiz to it so that makes it like drinking the actual soda and flavor is quite on point. No fake chemical like flavor just a nice slight tart citrus flavor.

Liability is a bitch. You should call him and ask him his opinion on 1000mg tylenol + 600 mg ibuprofen taken q6 PRN for dental pain for the next couple of days. Assuming you have no other health concerns. They actually stack since they have different mechanisms of action. There are even studies showing that combo works as well as codeine. It is a favorite recommendation of many oral surgeons instead of opioids.
And no drinking alcohol with this.
I wish I could give you a recommendation, but liability is a bitch. And I clearly dont know your full medical history. Wish I could help. Sorry.Controlled Labs Warder

You will be happy with an Inzer belt. Typically only the black ones ship within a couple days, there's a wait for the rest.
I've got a 10mm Inzer lever belt and a 13mm elitefts (Pioneer) P2 single-prong and rotate between them almost equally.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

Phone battery completely drained 2 days ago, brought it to geeksquad and a third party phone "fixer". After an hour at each place i was instructed that the phone is junk and theres no way to fix it
(phone refused to charge or turn on)
I connected the sucker to my computer and a wireless charger. Boom. Fixed.
