Bpi had Best bar, but I think it was discontinued.

They made Best Bars and the only thing they were best at was home foundation repair. Which was a shame because their flavoring has generally always been good. They were just super tough and flavor didn't translate well.

Dam guys I got all depressed due to my career not working out as planned. Had to change jobs and all that life kick in the butt type stuff. So I basically stopped lifting for MONTHS... Was brutal. I lost so much of what i worked hard for.

Once again I didn't let life get me down. I had to get back in the gym eventually and the days have finally come it feels incredible to get muscle memory kicking in again. Just that feeling I didn't know what I was missing out on.

Anyways I started out with the basics again eating clean all the time. Cooking my own Chicken, Steak,. Eating more Veggies . a Solid Whole food multi, tons of fish oil.cisuss,ksm-66,vitamin D/K. Protein shakes at least twice a day to get in lost calories i freaking needed so bad. Also ordered some good old GREEN MIGHT and White WARPED Jelly Bean. That Stim break should hit me real good. I've been working out completely without caffeine just since I've been back.

Nice to see you all again! Place seems dead though!

Root extract may not be the same. KSM guarantees the quality, full spectrum root only extract with 5% withanolides

Depends on your purpose.

Both good ingredients, but one will have supporting claims that the other doesn't.

Most of my left forearm done now; Deadite Ash from Evil Dead 1, his chainsaw, then the women from the cellar in the Evil Dead remake. Gotta say, the white he added at the end hurt the most, stung like hell.

Looks like you have a hell of a tattoo artist! I like the detailing used.
I agree that coloring tends to hurt more but I think that's mainly because it's at the end after hours of being tattooed already and they're often going over area's you've already been needled. The most pain I've felt was when they did the inner elbow. That area is no joke!
