Opened my last tub of the old formula of Total War, Rainbow Candy flavor. This is going to be rough, this flavor was not a smart purchase. Love Total War though.

Still have an original launch tub near full of the sour gummy flavor or whatever. Anytime I see the new tubs of total war I look away as will not get the new weaker versions.

so I guess technically it was used correctly. It's not exactly the same as "spiking":

I am assuming it's due to lack of compliance. It's not allowed to be used in a supplement because it is not a supplement much like AMP Cit, DMAA and any other number of synthetic compounds and drugs. BSL didn't lie about what was in their product(s) it was literally on the labels, they sold compounds that were not compliant and some of which were being illegally sold past the time frames of legality yes? Much like OL's product it might been on the label but it was not a compliant ingredient be it DMHA or DMAA and the claims on Vaso I assume are 2ndary to that with their claim that it's being sold as something it's not at least was my take away.

So for the skittles thing to be on the same level would prob need to include something not allowed to be sold as food/dietary ingredients such as a drug

Soo quick thoughts on scivation QUAKE. Tasted better than I thought. Energy was fair, pump was kind of weird. strength was really good. Felt oddly bloated on it, like i had a 55 inch wiener.

Vasolate Banana or Strawberry was AMAZING, but I think they had another company flavor it IIRC

(I don't remember if I was adding frozen strawberries to the banana.... or frozen banana into the strawberry )

Are people still doing silly stash pics ? I'm thankful for companies that still offer stim-free options like QUAKE and WHITE PIPES...... I (by far) now prefer to add a very EXACT amount of various stims... and I no longer guesstimate. I really had no idea what a huge difference it would make !!

Anyone here have any knowledge of the GZCL method? Been running it for a few months but I’m feeling like I’m hitting a wall. Took a look back at the first template I found and realized I was doing it differently. I was doing AMRAPs on every final set. Apparently you only do an AMRAP on the last set of the final week.

(Sets x Reps)

Week 1: 85% for 5 x 3

Week 2: 90% for 3 x 4

Week 3: 87.5% for 3 x 1, 92.5% for 2 x 2, 97.5% for 1 x 3

Week 4: 90% x 3, 95% x 2, 100% x 1+
