That's actually pretty common in my experience, and there's some weird stigma around popping a caffeine tab.
Coworker complains that they're groggy and the coffee machine is down.
"Want a caffeine tab? They're 100mg."

Don't do that, Karen. You drink a Bang on your lunch break every other day.

Sounds like someone I work with who orders an XL skinny latte every morning with 4 pumps of syrup. Watching her calories with the fat in the milk but doesn’t think the 4 big pumps of syrup are a problem. Incidentally, also called Karen.
Accidentally mixed 2 scoops of Bloodshr3d BM ‘rainbows n stuff’ with Vimto (fruit-flavoured cordial) before the gym at lunchtime (wasn’t paying attention and poured it into the wrong glass) and it tastes amazing. First time I’ve mixed any sort of pre-workout with anything other than water.Last edited by faipdeooiad; 08-16-2019 at 12:29 PM.

Anyone try this Apple Pie Syntha-6?
Did you get the name wrong on that as to the brand?
I know Select and Isoflex had a Caramel but didn't see either with a triple chocolate. Select's Cafe Caramel macchiato tho is fantastic.-- Microwaves everyday crew --

So tried that OL fruity loop protein and was shocked at how good it was. I could see those things you chew on could not be some peoples jamb, but I liked it I drank it slow and savored it
Wonder if i'll like the blueburrem pastry just as much.
Weird that its on BOGO everywhere. People must not like it or they are getting it DC'd?6 scoops of xf up2.0 a day

I jumped on that Bogo deal also during July 4th and got it for $18 a tub and I've been
using it mostly for overnight proats which has worked well. The Fruit Loop flavor for proats
is great but I can see people getting tired of this flavor if used for shakes everyday. It's a
good flavor as long as you have others to rotate around and so far the Ginger flavor is
also good but the Choc PB is a bit weak. I think it's being discontinued that's why the bogo
deals are going on.
Ginger Proats tasty but more like a frosted cinnamon flavor than ginger.

Kellogg's gets into the protein waffle game and they're better than Kodiak
Texture is softer, less gritty and cheaper but why soy protein isolateLast edited by TheFugitive; 08-17-2019 at 11:25 PM.

Kodiak will forever be GOAT for me because I can mix whatever powder into the mix.
Almost bought 415 lbs worth of Rep Fitness six-shooter style plates for $300 off FB marketplace the other day...then backed out cause even though I don’t like the look/sloppiness of my Fitness Gear plates, they’re still...iron plates that are functional. And surprisingly very close to their weight.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

It's discontinued is why. At least from the last time I heard.
I grabbed the blueberry and fruit loop flavors and while I liked them at first, I got tired of them pretty quick. Blends though don't always sit the greatest with my stomach, so that may have been a contributing factor.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I've had luck sticking with isolate protein. All of them that I use from quality brands seem to do very well, mixed with water or almond milk.
Typically use True Nutrition, Morphogen Protegen, MAN Iso-Protein, and MSI Lean Whey....they all digest great. TN being the best with such little mixed in.
Straight whey's and some bends I run into issues with. I never know until I try them.......PES Select treats my stomach fine but MTS Whey and Merica Labs Whey destroyed my stomach. Disappointing because I'm a big fan of the MTS Whey PB Cookies and CreamProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Bapka breads all are fantastic! Just that style of kneaded yeast bread layered with spices/flavors. My favorite tho is Cinnamon. I had one before with I wanna say it had brie possibly a camambert it was a while ago but mixed with apricots throughout that was pretty great too.
