I've had the oatmeal cookie before and it is hnnnnggggg. First time trying cake pop. BPN has some good flavors. Fruity cereal is their newest launch. BPN milk and cookies and choc pb are hnnnggggg, so I have high expectations for the fruity cereal lol.

No creatine back to creatine update:

After a few weeks without, my deadlifts felt like ****, my bench felt pretty typical, and my squat for some reason felt amazing. Somehow matched my squat PR of 460lbs and felt like I left 5-10lbs on the table.

Back on for about a week now, and deadlifts felt awesome again this morning. Excited to reap them creatine gains again and see if I can keep pushing that squat up lmao

I've gone up to 5 years straight on it, and been mostly on for 15+ years now, so yeah, something like that.

I've been using CL's Orange Triad or Gaspari's Anavite for honestly as long as I can remember. Besides ON Whey Protein and Gaspari's SizeOn I can't think of anything else I've consistently used for years and years.

No. The only creatine I use is what is found in SizeOn. I haven't taken creatine on it's own in probably 8+ years. Maybe even 10.
