Well that PES cheesecake strawberry is on point. Reminded me a lot like the muscle milk cake batter with a strawberry tinge to it.


only thing was it was grainy as ****. need to add more water i guess? if thats the way the rest of the tub is going to be, im going to ask to speak to your supervisor.

Well depending on the lab you used, those readings aren't much at all to worry about, especially since you trained prior. Take a few days off, and I bet both AST and ALT would be down in readings.

Have a bunch of new supplements to talk about. Also cereals. I tried some of those donettes cereal and not bad. They do well in getting the powder sugar aspect in a cereal. I added them into, after all blended, a shake (Rule 1 vanilla butter cake) but kind of lost their flavor and didn't add much to the shake since flavors were very similar.

Got tubs of MTS birthday cake as well as Strawberry Cheesecake. Both are real good. Not the best in their flavor class but a close second. First for Birthday cake is and will always be the late AI Sports. For the strawberry, it's very close to PES. Might still give PES the edge.

Also got and on the to try list is Nutrabio Isolate Strawberry Ice Cream, Nutrabio Dragonfruit Intrablast and a whole bunch of other samples of their products. Too many to list. I bought a wide range of to go packs to try.

I use 8 ounces of milk per serving you should speak to there supervisor anyways! Grill them on why they removed the freezedried strawberry bits or I heard they did.. Lol

Actually now that I think of it, I forgot the awesomeness of the MAN ISO Confetti Cake (and sprinkled Donut too). Was an awesome flavor. I see I can still order it from place I ordered it originally and may have to. Can't believe I forgot it so yeah it actually does beat out MTS a little. I still like the MTS quite a bit so far though and stick with my opinion of AI being number 1.

Their regular whey blend for rule 1 is heavier on the flavoring went through a tub of that pumpkin pretty quick that was really well done

No, I found it very weak in flavor. For Syntha 6, the macros involved and the lack of much flavor I was disappointed. I still have the other 2 initial flavors I have yet to even open. PES anything is better.
