Main difference is they claimed they switch the form of DMHA they used. White used 2 amino and titanium uses juglans regia. But I totally agree, white is wayyy stronger than titanium. Last few times I used white it actually made me feel kind of anxious for a few hours after, and thats at like 3/4 of a scoop.

So OL’s “I Am Supr3me” is basically a rebrand of Re1gn? Cool, was worried Re1gn was going away. Love that pre, have three unopened tubs in my stash.
Also excited for their protein powder. Curious about what cereal pieces will go in the gingerbread flavor though...but I’ve also got my eye on that Blueberry pastry flavor and how it will stack up to Ghost.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

Anyone occasionally take phenibut for sleep? I'm kicking my benadryl habit. been taking it for about a few months straight and have heard horror stories that it can cause cognitively
thinking 250mg phenibut
ZMA
10mg of melatonin
just to start as i curb benadryl withdrawls
May toss a benadryl into the stack here and there (Not srs) (probably srs)6 scoops of xf up2.0 a day

i use pheni twice a week and have for the last 2 years at least. Have had great success w it. In fact, I think it's the most valuable supplement in my stash, personally. The anxiety relief, the sleep, it really helps w quality of life.
Not for use everyday though. Tolerance and withdrawal issues.Squat and Deadlift

Eh I'd keep it low (250 mg) maybe once in a while if the melatonin won't work for me.
I've been doing 2-3 benadryls per night for the past 4 months. I didn't want to get off but once I started reading into the reduced brain size and decline in cognitive functioning associated with continued use, it was enough for me to want to stop lol
I didn't really gain a tolerance of benadryl either. Just loved how it made me feel. just melted into the bed and felt HNGGGG.6 scoops of xf up2.0 a day

I've been on sleep meds ever since I started having seizures. I want to get off of them so badly, but lack of sleep is my #1 trigger. I legit have no clue wtf I'm going to do at this point. My neurologist seems to think it's fine to take this stuff daily, but everything else I've ever read/seen says it absolutely is not. I'm going on 1.5 years of daily use, and starting to panic a little bit tbh
I got no strings to hold me down
To make me fret or make me frown
I had strings, but now I'm free
I got no strings on me

I've experienced that as well. True to form, I had a period where I over did it with Pheni. Not fun when you take too much.
I use one gram, give or take, on Sundays and Wednesdays. I would start lower though if you don't have a ton of pheni experience. I don't think you'd have any issues with 500mg, but you might want to try 250mg to start. Just give it time to kick in. I find it really kicks in 3-4 hours after ingestion and then it plains out and rides steady for 12-24 hours.Squat and Deadlift

That's tough dude. Lack of sleep is horrible, and it's really hard to kick habits when you develop dependencies on sleep meds.
Valerian Root (smells like ****), Melatonin and Phenibut are what I cycle through. Pheni twice a week, melatonin and/or valerian on the other days. Would be nice not to rely on anything, but I'd opt for stuff like this vs prescribed sleep meds. Prescription drugs scare me.Squat and Deadlift

Yes, Black Magic Edition is rebrand of Re1gn.
Inclusions will be in all but the chocolate peanut butter one, as far as I know. Not necessarily cereal pieces specifically though, it's just that some are cereal influenced so it makes sense in those cases.
International market loves their stims, so yes it'll be strong. Won't have the exotics though so the overall feel will be different. Won't be weak though.Olympus Labs Representative

Now you listen here you chicken mcnugget head, i've only been using benadryl to sleep and it always works the same for me. didnt know it was considered 'medication' either lol. i'd go to the doc but they'd tell me to 'cut all stims' and then i'd tell them to make like a tree and Frigg off.
Sweet bejesus, i should've just picked up a few tubs of that instead of this lame home brew. That is a fantastic profile on the fade out.6 scoops of xf up2.0 a day

I would not read Why Do We Sleep by Matthew Walker. This book will scare you s***less into sleep meds. Sleep medicine is considered a sedative, much like alcohol is. He goes on to reference studies in there that say if you take more than 1 pill per year, you're ~3.6x more likely to suffer serious health consequences.

Sleep meds and a sound sleep > no sleep meds and no sleep
If I can't sleep, I'll find something to put me out. Alcohol ****s up my sleep, so that's out of the question.Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales
