I use Proraso Sensitive. Love using a brush to lather shaving cream on. Carved my face like a pumpkin using a safety razor though.

I'm not sure of the specific study you're referring to but we do know EAA>BCAA by a mile, especially intra-workout.

Energy drink companies have been doing that for a long time. There was one that was advertising creatine on the top of the can 10+ years ago...I want to say it was old school No Fear but I really don't remember. I think it's more kind of standard to do that rather than copying Bang.
