Dude, doms will be crushing. I don't think he had any idea what the next day would be like, whatever he expected it's 10 times that. I've done 40 and 60 mile rucks, basically running with a load for 15hrs straight, and the next day was epically bad (and I was ****ing 20yo, not 48), and running is not as damaging as 9000 reps with 135. Goddamn. He expects to take Monday off and be back cracking backs on Tues, I suspect he's wrong.

Found a really good deal on it from a retailer here and I’m tempted to pull the trigger if it isn’t terrible

I never had their whey but their 100 is outstanding. Of course this was probably 4 years when I last had it.

I ordered 8 tubs and just got my shipping notice.

Well **** me I guess.

Sipping on my first scoop right now. Pretty good, I like it, but I'm a bit worried I might get sick of this flavor. We'll see how I feel towards the end of the tub.

Been using Mega Pre Red at 2 scoops (the new version which apparently got some hate) almost exclusively aside from an exotic pre every now and then....honestly, this is the most consistent PWO I've ever used. I don't know what it is exactly, but this product treats me as well as any exotic but doesn't lose it's potency. I'm guessing it's the alpha GPC and Hup A that keeps delivering, but I always feel a steady long lasting energy from it in addition to the focus. This product FAR surpassed my minimal expectations. Tastes pretty great too.

Hey dudebros, I've tuned out the pre-workout market for the better part of 2 years now and I know tons of products have been released in that time that I'm unaware of. Like literally, I stopped paying attention a looong time ago. I also know lots of new exotic stimulants have been introduced that I am unfamiliar with.

Back in the gym moving weights again and need some suggestions. Rob Qaeda I'm looking at you because you always seem to have a gazillion tubs of everything ever made.

Wish list:
- Preferably no Y
- 300mg(ish) caffeine
- Preferably no creatine (unless quantity disclosed on label)
- Dont care either way about "pump" specific products
- Exotic stims are okay

Recommend me some new hotness

So in other news, left a 1 Star review on redcon1 site for those horrendous MRE bars (tried carrot cake due to all the great reviews they had posted).... not sure I’ve had anything quite as disgusting. Turns out the site removes unfavorable reviews.... I have a 12 dollar credit with them and once that gets used I’m washing my hands of them.


Ps before anyone says “I told you so” I bought these before then... they’ve been sitting in my closet for over a month....

As long as you have other flavors to rotate around you shouldn't get tired of the orange but if that's
the only flavor you have then you might get tired of it but that goes for any fruit type flavor such as
banana, strawberry, or orange. I always make sure I have other flavors on hand so I don't get tired of
the same flavor. Good to hear the Mega Pre is treating you well and it's been on some pretty decent
deals since it came out.

Yeah, I think my review mentioning that for the amount of carbs and sugar in the bar it should at least remotely resemble the flavor listed........ wasted 35 bucks on these friggin things.

Fade out works, but tastes like butt (even the orange flavor), apparently their MRE lite although tastes yummy (Serious banana nut bread is amazing IMO) the beef protein is apparently crap, their Pre works for me but flavor is meh at best. And as stated the MRE bar is essentially the equivalent of a turd covered in a crappy flavored coating.....Not sure what to use the credit on.... might just let it go.

I do NOT trust Redcon1 supplements from a quality perspective and don't respect them from the dosing perspective. Total War is the only supplement from that brand I like because it's a preworkout.....either it gives you legit energy and focus or it doesn't. And it did for me.

When Med Kit was being released, I was excited to have an "all in one" health supplement. Look at the doses of each ingredient and it's dosed at 50% of what each ingredient should be or less. Why the fuk would I want to double dose it and pay double?

I'm positive RPE is full of cheap low quality ingredients or under-dosed. I should feel like I'm going hypo if I take it and don't eat cards for a little while but no go. I feel just fine meaning it doesn't really help with carb sensitivity. Individually dosing those ingredients, I do get that hypo light headed and cloudy mind if I wait too long to eat carbs.

I know if I have digestive issues, they used more than enough dairy than they should. I'm kind of skeptical with how cheap they're able to sell it but I guess time will tell if it's quality or not.


Also, I had a coupon for $25 off with an additional 10% off of my purchase so I grabbed Chemix King of Pumps and ProjectAD Aminotaur in the Roadside Lemonade. Lets see how these two are....I love the profile of King of Pumps!

That C4 Ultimate is very solid been pretty great ever since they first released that 50x. Too bad Cellucor didn't keep that nitrate powder the same the formula change on that made it more expensive less nitrates.
