PES,MAN, OL,and Nutrabio use quality WPC80 so that's why you get no issues from them but as
you mentioned I've stayed away from Merica and MTS cause their straight whey concentrates so
I don't know if my stomach can tolerate their concentrates. My Protein Impact Whey is pure con
and I've gone through many pounds of that with NO stomach issues at all. It can be hit or miss
with the brands that use straight whey concentrates.

OL did not sit very well. It was dependent on how many scoops I used. I usually double scoop protein for shakes because I'm a man(Rob joke), but 2 scoops never sat well. 1 scoop did.
Had a pumpkin roll at a sushi place yesterday and it was surprisingly VERY good. I'm in for that basic white girl pumpkinProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Yes. Its like a coffee cake and swirly bread and sweet rolled all combined.
My wife and I tried making home made babka with half the sugar content than the recipe called for. It was edible but lacked the enjoyment of being made by someone else.
The next try we used 3/4 the recipe called for and added a small portion of cinnamon. That turned out much better.Last edited by TCWoody; 08-20-2019 at 09:28 AM.

Just missing a glaze topping unless it has that and I'm not seeing it.
Speaking of home-made, after the first attempted batch of home made Outright bars failed, I've nailed it the last 2 times.
-Cinnamon raisin chocolate chip
-Chocolate pecan chocolate chip(like a turtle)
-Carrot cake raisin butterscotch chip
All have turned out absolutely perfect and delicious since my first attempt. Solution was more dry ingredients and slowly mixing in the peanut butter and honey until all dry is mixed up yet still hard enough to shape with your hands. This has saved me from buying boxes for $24 and I'm able to customize using different protein powders and different peanut butters(white chocolate PB, dark chocolate PB, PB with chocolate chips).Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Babka generally has enough sweetness inside that the glaze topping isn't needed. But you could always mix up your own and apply to suit the flavoring you're looking for.
Oh, and you can never go wrong with chocolate covered pecans

Ya that Bapka is Eastern European in origin but in NYC prob is more deeply connected within the Jewish communities/bakeries here there are several polish bakeries around places I have lived that make them prob regional variations in Eastern Europe even, like the one I mentioned that included cheese and apricots.
Dymatize and a special flavor ( Vanilla Frappe, Hawaiian Cheesecake, and Chocolate Caramel ) one of these three will be it.. Hoping for Hawaiian Cheesecake or the Chocolate Caramel.. Don't let me down Dymatize!-- Microwaves everyday crew --

I'm just here to set the babka record straight, I'm Ukraniain and it is an Easter tradition to have it blessed and eaten Easter morning, it is NOT supposed to be rectangular because they are baked in cans or rings
