Is Kaged Muscle hydracharge 1 scoop per gallon of water? And can I mix Dymatize All 9 in with it? Passion fruit All 9 and fruit punch KM. I'm guessing those flavors should mesh.

I'd probably mix 3 scoops per gallon at least. 1 scoop would be very weak. Hydracharge mesh's with a lot of flavors. When I get a supp that I don't like? Hydracharge it!

I was looking for a stim free or very low stim pre without any theanine at all that's heavy on focus, which I can always add citrulline and/or teacrine to, and it seemed like the best next thing to try besides Volugen

If the doses were higher on some of the products, they'd be legit. Ingredients are good, just not the dose amounts.
I believe the most recent one I looked at only had like 150mg of DIM for an estrogen control supplement. 300mg is the minimum effective dose.

Oh yea, and looked at the Heart protection one. Throw some curcumin in and it would be good. Don't rely just on Coq10.

Bar bros been awhile...what's the latest and greatest for bars? When I last went mia and made a purchase it was animal snak bars a year ago.

I dont like combat bars for texture or quest type either. Hows the bounty/snickers bars? Have a retailer clearing out near past bb bounty bars for 15 bucks for 12.

Really open to any suggestions.

Same as above in needing to try that flavor. Also the other flavor just because. I actually sort of liked one of the original flavors, blue maybe, but not the other much.

Placed a few orders for protein. After dragging my feet for so long due to 5 pound tubs and so expensive I pulled the trigger on 3 flavors of the Merica Labz Patriot's Whey. Ordered from here the Double Stuffed and Fortuitous Keepsakes and the Yankee Doodle elsewhere (only because not offered here). I also got 2 each of the Bodybuilding protein bars. I had the original 2 flavors and really liked them so wanted to try the new flavor, which I hear is really good and possibly the best, along with the other flavors again. Added in a EAA Max Energy Pink Lemonade since I like the EAA Max flavors and wanted to try this for my afternoon energy shot drink or early morning bike workouts.

I don't know how long I'll hold up with my intense workouts at 40. Since starting back at the gym Wednesday and also today I am trying to get exercise in everyday. Gym days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I wake up at 4, bike for 25 to 30 minutes, take pre then hit the gym for an hour or so. I am doing the allowed exercises by my PT along with abs and legs. Humbling to only bench the bar and only being able to go to parallel with the elbows. Basically going with form, lighter weight and good squeeze and use of muscle. Probably going to be my plan moving forward due to injuries and age. Anyway, on off days I get up at about 5:10 and ride bike for 60+ minutes on Tuesday and Thursday then some light stretches and rehab exercises and Saturday and Sunday bike for 80 to 90 minutes followed by my exercises.

Too much? Maybe but I have felt pretty good since my surgery and have worked out pretty much every morning since.
