Pulled an ab muscle before; that was interesting, never knew how much your core does until I felt it all the time. Walking, breathing, bending over (giggity).

Tried Arez Titanium for the first time today. Pretty good, think it’s a bit overhyped. Re1gn destroys it IMO.

stocking up on Reign? feel like i saw it is being replaced, but have no desire to scroll this thread, as it has truly went the route of so many other threads in the supp section.

Current Re1gn is being renamed to I Am Suprem3 Black Magic Edition and will be brick and mortar exclusive.

Reign is def a better product. I get a bigger energy hit from Titanium though, but it's still pretty comparable.

If the miscers start making appearances itt, I don't know if i'll last.

Had an epic deadlift session yesterday, finally, after months of garbage. I cut down some of my volume in the last few months thinking I was overworking certain lifts, but at this stage I think it's done nothing but hurt my numbers. The last two weeks I increased volume again on deads, training my conventional again as accessory to my sumos, and doing some conventional work on my squat day as well, and immediately I feel stronger again.

So by "Brick and Mortar" what stores are you talking? Mom and Pop shops or maybe VS, GNC, etc.?
