Hey, would like to ask what is a better split for maintaining muscle while cutting
A B Program with upper body and lower body like A-(back chest arms shoulders) B-(Legs Abs)
Or
A- Push(chest triceps) B- Pull(back biceps) c(legs) D(shoulders arms) and abs add between workouts
Thanks.

I do
Push-bench(Monday/Thursday) and OHP(Monday) and incline (Thursday)
Legs-Squats,running(maybe),some other leg exercises(maybe) Tuesday/Friday
Pull-chin ups and neutral grip ups with plate Wednesday/Saturday
Sunday rest
I lift heavy both days and always try to go for a 3x5. I never go 100% either, listened to GSP's coach who said that you should only go 70%. I used to do sets of 8-12s and worked out to the point where I couldn't feel my arms anymore and realized that its not doing anything. I just hit my previous max bench of 185 with ease. Gonna max out soon to see what my real max 185 was way too easy for a max.
