    Talking The Hulks Secret... Green Might!

    Just got this beauty in the mail and took my first dose today.



    A couple of notes will be edited in this evening.

    Going to run this for 40 days straight on a slight deficit. (Around -300 kcal) with a heavy focus on Cardio. Lifting sessions will be 3 per week with squat, bench and dead being the focus and accessory work after.

    My main goal is to finish rehabbing my shoulders after some bad inflammation. And, leaning out while reaping the benefits of the Might. IE better muscle recovery and higher creatine levels. Perhaps fuller looking muscle too.

    Here goes:

    Day 2:

    4 mile run
    Dips for 3 sets
    Hanging leg raises for 3 sets
    Pull-ups 3 sets

    I will have a rounded scoop of Green Might 30 minutes pre lifting. Run will be at a moderate pace. Targeting sets of 10 for dips and pull-ups at bodyweight. (Will probably fail on last set) and 25 for hanging leg raise.

    Morning weight: 193

    Diet today: will breakfast at 11am with leftover pork loin and 2 eggs with some greens.

    Scoop of whey isolate

    2 carrots

    Dinner: Rib steak with broc**** and 1/3 cup Spanish rice.

    Tomorrow will be an unplanned rest day.

    Day 3

    Rest today with some BBQ planned. Will foam roll and do some YTAs this AM.

    Morning weight: 192

    I had cycled off of Creatine prior to starting the Green Might. Had been 8 weeks off, I expect to see a slight increase in water weight with GM but it hasn’t happened yet. It’s still early. The next few weeks will show the benefits of full saturation. That being said the run yesterday seemed pretty easy as did the power tower workout afterwards.

    Very interested to see how the tart cherry extract and pomegranate effect DOMS and recovery.

    Packing up to go to the beach. Will get in some killer beach runs this weekend. Yesterday, I did end up getting some rows and dead’s in along with 25 minutes on the stair climber.

    Day 5, 6, 7, at the beach for a family reunion. Managed my macros as well as I could. Managed to go up I weight to 196.

    Took a run the first day and rested after that due to a high ankle sprain.

    Will train upper body tomorrow and dial in cals.

    Today’s focus will be upper body, Chest and Back on account of my ankle still being fairly sore. Feeling good otherwise.

    Morning weight: 197

    Definitely at or near full saturation. Pretty typical for me to see an increase of 3-4 lbs when I get a good Creatine source.

    Green Might is still a delight to take everyday and I am noticing that it mixes better than most Creatine “matrix” I have used in the past.

    Woke up considerably lighter this morning. Workouts have been primarily push pull the past few days and I’m still feeling pretty strong got good volume in yesterday with dead’s. Will be resting today as dead’s really blow up my CNS.

    Day 14

    Long day at work today. My job is so physical that don’t hit the gym.

    Total grain bill: 1300lbs in 50lb sacks

    Carry through the hall
    Curl each sack x8
    Lift (overhead) into mill
    Haul bucket up 8 steps
    Lift (overhead) into mashtun

    This combined with the crouching, hose dragging and grip work to clamp hoses and mucking our the wet grain into barrels puts my total tonnage around 7000lbs.

    I took Green Might on my way into work today and by the time I was in my 7th sack my biceps were bursting. I also had 4 grams of pure citrulline which helps no doubt. But this was noticeable to me more than in the past with the Citrulline alone.

    Definetly noticing the effect that Creatine always has on me. Once I’m saturated, I always notice a fuller look in my shoulders and chest. Overall my weight has been fairly static. I still have 5 pounds to lose but I am content with going slowly.

    I am very happy with the Green Might so far. Like most Creatine products it’s effects are subtle but noticeable.

    Bout time for a PR up in here!

    I have been rehabbing a shoulder injury for a number of months now and it has been making great progress since starting on the Green Might! I still have not overhead press much at all, but Bench has been seeing rapid improvement.

    Here’s today’s session, with chest and triceps as the focus:

    Sorry for the lack of posts this week. I had a nasty virus that laid me up pretty bad. Will resume tomorrow as today is first day I’ve felt better in 6.
