FROM CONTROLLED LABS:
Key Attributes:
– Fast absorbing and fast acting
– Promotes tissue volumization
– Muscle weakness reduction
– Enhanced nutrient shuttling
Time tested and research proven, creatine supplementation has been reported to improve maximal power/strength (5–15%), work performed during sets of maximal effort muscle contractions (5–15%), single-effort sprint performance (1–5%), and work performed during repetitive sprint performance (5–15%). Green Might™ combines the king of all creatines, monohydrate, with additional ergogenic compounds to help improve lean muscle growth and overall performance. Look at the fully transparent label and you will find:
• 5 Grams Creatine Monohydrate – Increases rates of ATP resynthesis leading to robust gains in strength, stamina, and lean muscle growth.
• 2 Grams Taurine – Amino acid that has numerous functions including oxidative stress, blood flow and angiogenesis, and insulin sensitivity which ultimately culminate in improved performance.
• 480mg Tart Cherry Extract – Reduces muscle weakness after bouts of intense strength training.
• 450mg Cocoa Bean Extract – Provides cardiovascular and cognitive benefits through improved blood flow and antioxidant effects.
Approximately 2 grams of creatine are found in individuals that do not supplement and maintain a diet including animal-based proteins. Those who do supplement can increase their body’s internal creatine pool by 10-40% depending on diet and total lean muscle mass. Controlled Labs Green Might™ will help you saturate creatine stores faster. More available creatine = more ATP = more energy = training stronger for longer.
Directions: To Assess Your Individual Tolerance, Combine ½ Scoop Of Green Might With 3-4 Oz. Of Water And Consume It Before Or After Your Workout. Shake Well Before Drinking. If You Experience Any Unusual Occurrence, Stop And Consult Your Doctor. Combine 1 Serving Of Green Might With 6-8 Oz Of Water Preworkout. Take 1 Serving On Off Days As Well. Shake Well Before Drinking. For Best Results Green Might Should Be Used In Combination With Other Controlled Labs Products, An Adequate Amount Of Water And A Balanced Diet. For More Details On Optimizing Your Results.
More to come on training but I basically run a modified RPE based main lift program with rotating accessory work.
Sunday- T&G bench heavy, arms
Monday- Squat variant, Posterior chain work
Thursday-Heavy back squats, chest
Saturday- Deadlifts, shoulders, back
Training 3 days in a row isn't my preference but between work and a 5 month old, it's what I have to do!

Took first serving for bench and arms workout on Sunday.
Initial thoughts.
9.5/10 on mixability. Pretty amazing for a heavy dosed creatine product.
8/10 on taste. Not bad and again, pretty good for a creatine based product. After taste is what knocks this score down.
9/10 on effects based on the first run. I could not believe the pumps on the arm workout from this product. I figured you'd have to stack this with something like Agmatine or another pre-workout for these kind of pumps but I was very impressed and I am not a pump chaser either.
Squats today and hit 290x3. Looking to peak strength workouts around the end of this run with Green Might (6ish weeks). We shall see how it does in the strength department.

Recent workouts include lots of volume work with a Squat stance deadlift. I've usually gone Sumo over the years but continue finding more comfort with bringing my feet in closer.
Squats with 305 for a few doubles the other day @ bodyweight of 175lbs. Nothing Earth shattering but strength appears to be returning on squats after recent 2 month drop in calories and bodyweight.
Green Might:
Workout recovery seems better. Less muscle soreness during this run, even after adding in new exercises and more volume.
Vascularity appears improved as well.
I really look forward to drinking this over ice on my off days as well.

Stop the presses........Lewdog hit a PR!
It's been a while. With the birth of our first child early on this year, him sleeping poorly for a long time (still does!) and still working a lot, PRs have not come easy. Diet has stayed on point but dropping down to about 5 hours of severely broken sleep a night for months on end really takes a toll.
Hit a Pin Squat PR of 275x2, depth right below parallel. Best that's ever felt.
Still digging the taste of this product too. Seems to get better over time.

After a nice refeed carb day this product was taken up a notch in the pump department today. Didn't have any crazy volume but muscles felt very full.
Recovery is noticeable improved. Less muscle soreness, which is nice. I can hit increased frequency on deads/squats through the week and not feel like I'm working through a ton of fatigue.

Also I see in other logs that some are feeling water retention on this. It seems significantly more water retention is had on this when I have too much sodium. More so than normal and more so that regular creatine monohydrate. If I keep sodium within check though, I don't notice any water retention on this.

Stacked a scoop of Green Might with 750mg of Agmatine and the pump was fantastic. Felt it even during my warmups.
The ingredient profile of Green Might makes it easy to stack with many preworkouts or something simple like a pump type ingredient for either a stimulant based preworkout or to remain stim free. A very versatile product this Green Might.

Taste - 9/10 Taste was pretty good. So good when it’s ice cold. Mixed in 10-12oz was the sweet spot for me. Taste got better as I went through the tub, which is opposite of how it normally goes.
Mixability – 9.5 Great mixability for a creatine product, which are known to settle. Only need a few shakes when drinking before a workout and very little residue is left on the bottom or side of glass.
Pumps - 9/10 I had great pumps from this and was totally not expecting it. It’s not a pumped based product but something in it sure did the trick. Add a bulk pump product like Citrulline Malate or Agmatine and you’d have a 10/10 combo for pumps.
Gains- 9/10 Decent gains for a 40 days run for someone who’s been in the iron game awhile. Not sure if you could get by doing Green Might on training days and doing regular Creatine Mono on off days. That might be my next experiment and a cost effective strategy for many.
Overall - 9.5 Overall it's 9.5. Nothing is perfect.
What to stack this with: Add a caffeine pill for a great preworkout without breaking the bank. Keep it stim free but add Citrulline Malate for increased performance and pumps. Product itself would stack well with just about any stimmed preworkout of your choice too. Very versatile product and properly dosed. I have tried Green Bulge and Green Magnitude over the years and this beats both hands down.
