    Big belly but no fat ! HELP

    Hey guys ! It's been few years I have this problem: I used to be fit and normal but with time my belly changed and became bigger and bigger, even though I was having a really healthy diet and doing exercise every day... I've seen countless doctors, tried literally EVERYTHING to solve that but nothing is working... It is not even fat, I guess it is bloating, and as you can see on one picture I'm getting really really bloated just with a meal sometimes, and the second picture shows how my belly is pretty much every time... I honestly struggle accepting that knowing it makes me very uncomfortable and that it should not be like that... If someone could help me it would be much much appreciated ! It's been 5 years I'm like that and it's getting worse and worse...

    Surprisingly I lost 5kg... I've always been 70kg and now 65...

    I hate to be the one to tell you this brother, but that's fat. And you have to remember there is visceral fat there as well; which is internal, organ surrounding fat, which you cannot see. Visceral fat increases as we age, so this all fits your description.
    I would guess you at least 20% bodyfat. If you were to cut to 9%, I guarantee you would see abs and your belly would be smaller, flatter.

    Omg... If that's it that's actually great news, I thought it was something wrong with my guts man !! The fact that I stay a lot on my computer everyday is not helping though... Never really heard about visceral fat, but how come I lost 5kg then ?

    Could be the case that you've lost fat on other areas, but not on your belly. You can't decide where your body starts to burn fat. Most people lose fat on the arms, shoulders and legs first, and then later on at the belly.
