I was keeping my training log over in the 35 and older group, but since I"m not training for bodybuilding, but long drive golf, I'm putting here because maybe it's more appropriate.
Just to be clear, my training goal is not bodybuilding, but to hit my driver 400 yards ( or over ), ideally in some sort of competition. So far my longest drive measured by my launch monitor is 344 yards. My longest drive in a competition is 338 yards.

hitting my new brute 2.0 driver for first time. its to the hill at mulligans ( south jordan, utah ) so at least 320. driver feels great.
