    Question How to replace eggs in my bulking diet ?

    Hey so Im planning to bulk and I found a pretty good diet that I want to do but the diet has 3 eggs (and oatmeal and banana) in the morning and I really hate eggs so how can i replace them ?

    Any foods that primarily provide 18g protein and 15g fat.....
    Whole fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, or the low fat alternatives of either and peanut butter, walnuts, etc etc.

    Eggs are just a food than contains protein and fat. Replace them with literally whatever protein and fat you enjoy. I really don't understand why people feel eggs are some kind of magical food.

    What do you mean you "found a diet"? You don't need to follow a specific diet; eat what you want while hitting your macro/calorie goals.

    Eat anything you want. Just make sure that you eat at least ~0.8 gram protein and ~0.4 gram fat per lb per day.
