Few days ago I posted a thread saying that while I was benching I started to feel disturbance on my left pec, today I benched again, my goal was to hit 125lb for 3 sets of 6reps, I completed the first set, however the other two I just could complete 5 reps because my left pec had less strength than the other, this never happened to me before just after felling that pain a week ago, should I do something to treat it o just let it rest?, And also should I bench again on Thursday?
Any recommendation is appreciated, thanks
