So I’m getting pain / soreness during many of my pressing movements. The pain is tolerable but i believe it’s only going to get worse over time. It’s been probably 2 months now like this. I’ve been still training and completely took out my tricep work but have been doing pressing movements still. I’m going to completely stop pressing movements and give it a while to rest. There isn’t much swelling if any. Any other help is appreciated. Thanks!
