Currently dieting down and here is my daily supplementation... OPINIONS NEEDED IS THIS GOOD?:
Upon waking:
Carginen by Evogen (l carnitine)
Multi Vitamin
Pre Workout:
Pre workout (Mr. Hyde or Outlift)
HMB
Creatine (2.5 g)
L Carnitine
Sodium (for pump)
Intra Workout:
Bcaas
Post Workout:
Recovery Drink (Workout lasts 2 hours- taking RecoverMode by EVLution, has 2.5 G creatine in it)
1 Scoop Whey Protein Isolate
Some form of fast digesting carbs
With Meals:
CLA
I am aware nutrition is mostly the battle but I just want to support it with proper supplementation. I eat veggies almost every meal and plenty of fish so I'm not supplementing with fish oil or greens.

Carnitine - largely worthless - drop it
CLA - as above, though is completely useless, rather than largely.
HMB - as above
BCAAs - as above
'Recovery drink' - as above. Drop that, the fast acting carb and the isolate and eat instead.
Up your creatine to 5g
Isolate is a waste of money u less you're lactose intolerant, whey concentrate is fine.
