Yes, it gets easier.
But the best suggestion, as most people here gave you is to find calorie dense foods.
Fatty meats, peanut-butter (sandwiches), nuts, full fat products instead of low fat variants.
& another one -> Drink what you can't eat.
Not specifically talking about sugar loaded drinks, that's just **** (IMO, my body doesn't take processed sugars well).
Shakes with added stuff like banana, PB, oats, et cetera. Fruit smoothies. Full fat milk.- Slow progress, is progress.
- Losing fat is a marathon, not a race.
- Take care of your body, you've only got one.
- Progressive overload + good form.
