Hey all.
I'm Alfredo and I've always wanted to have a more built body. How can I go about doing that?
I have weights at home but I can barely lift them (15kg, 13kg) and can't do a proper push-up.
I just wanted to know.. like.. where do I start considering I can't really do anything?
(and what's with all those protein fibre supplements.. like what's that about).
