    just got urinalysis test and showed very high level of ketones (acidosis?)

    80 mg/dl

    normal range is 0-4 mg/dl


    Am I going into ketoacidosis since 80mg/dl seem very high?

    my pH in urine was also 5 (should be 4.5-8) neutral ph is usually 7

    should I eat carbs this weekend? been on keto diet since Monday

    182 pounds- fit

    now 204 and fat :(
