Pre workout advice

I am looking for a ore workout supplement to help me get thru my cardio and strength workout. I work out at 4 am and would love some extra oomph

I have read reviews and I though I saw pre workout gunmies somewhere, but I’m not sure. I have read so many different things. I am a bikini competitor getting back into it after baby #2 and 7 years! 😬

Please. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Preworkout gummies... err, powder would be the most effective way for a pre
But Muscletech does have sour gummy flavored pre (Prebuild) that packs a punch

There are a ton of great pre workouts to look at. Some of my favorite ones are listed below.

You could always start off with a light stimulant such as coffee or a caffeine tablet.
I'm currently running off of MyPre V2 for my morning sessions.

I do want a stim product. I used to take ********, so I handle stimulants pretty easily. Inceased energy, mental focus and endurance. Increased fat loss would be awesome!

Not necessarily, but understand that fat loss is going to be dependent on your nutrition and if you're in a caloric deficit.. I'm sure you already know this as a bikini competitor.

Some solid preworkouts like Gaspari SuperPump MAX, Blue Star P.P.K., and Scivation 10.0 will help you with increased energy, mental focus, and endurance. As far as fat loss is concerned, yohimbine HCl, EC stack, and forskolin are ingredients that may help.

Prebuild from muscletech has a gummy flavor that you will love. White flash is another solid choice.

I'd also ask for more info on high vs low stim, if you've used any pre's in the past with success, etc.

I'd recommend checking out Mypre V2 if you are looking for a lower stim product (150mg C).

I realize the calorie deficit part for fat loss. I am definitely there. I guess I really need a kick to just get me through my workout but really be able to push my self to the limit every day. I love working out in the mornings like I do, but sometimes I feel like my workouts suffer because I’m so tired. I work from home (super blessed), and have 2 kids that do every sport imaginable! Great hubby that is super supportive. Still feel like I’m burning the candle at both ends, like most of you here also do!

I have used opus and limitless by magnum. Wasn’t impressed by either one, actually. Just didn’t give me the energy or focus I was looking for. Opus was a stim free and limitless had a stim. I just don’t have much experience with Pre-workouts :/

Nutrabolics Stim-x or Nutrabolics Supernova are a couple worth taking a look at . great flavor options and just enough energy boost.

Wild Thing by assault labs is really good for focus, but see if you can get the OG formula with noopept as the new one with Glycerpump doesn't have it in.

I am now using Animal Fury and it's a good pre-workout. But it has high-amount of caffeine.
