    Am I eating enough?

I’m a noob and I’m starting fierce 5, i’m 5’11 and 160 pounds. How much should I be eating ? I’m eating 2,200 calories, is that enough or too little for me to build muscle on this program?

Are you gaining weight and/or are you lifts increasing?

2,200 seems low for your height. I’m 6”1 and have to eat 3,200 just to gain half a pound a week. But, it’s different for everyone. Keep track of your stats and adjust accordingly until you’re at the sweet spot of 2-3 pounds of good, lean muscle mass a month.

2200 calories doesn’t sound like enough for you to be gaining weight. Reality is that unless your tracking your calories your probably not even eating as much as you think. I’d increase your calories for sure
