As the school year is ending tomorrow, so is my weight training class, which I came to love over the course of a semester. I'm looking to continue working out, but my restraints are minimal equipment (literally just a Nautilus SelectTech 552 dumbbell set.) My main goals are pecs and abs, with side focus of biceps and calves. I've made, with knowledge gathered from several online sources, a nightly workout circuit, which I repeat 2-3 times:

As far as nutrition, I've been cutting down greatly my sugar intake, and having a scoop of whey protein in water after the workout every night.
Is there anything I can change about this to make it better/more effective, etc? And any nutrition tips? Thanks everyone who replies!
