People, even trainers watch me workout.
Couple things:
- I use preworkout to power me through
- I weigh 103-106 pounds (water weight isn’t nice to me) & am 4’11 but an adult 2 full forearm tattoos & 8 piercings (all subtle) ears nose then nipple rings but only can be seen if you’re really close to me.
Not 48 by the way, I’m 20
My workout looks a little like this:
Start on the treadmill.5 incline * 6.0-8.5 mph (.5 increase everytime I can handle it) never go more than 10 minutes or so, upping that to 15 minutes next week.
Always do side lounges 40 on each leg, push the sleigh with 2 45s 8 times up & down.
Then core everyday 195 reps of different things then Russian leg switches for as long as I can handle it.
Then ladder workouts to cool down because super fun.
- different muscle group everyday but not getting into that. Just the same idea of pushing for 200 reps, plus a day dedicated to cardio.
Is it my workout or just me as to why people stare? It’s not a big deal or anything but if I’m a jerk or something I’d love to know.

Its because you look like a circus freak at 4'11 and covered in piercings and tattoos.
Your life, but no one is going to take you seriously if every day is circus day.
8.5 mph on a treadmill is a good time for an entire hour, what you are doing is a warmup.
Than side lunges? for real? Do you have a 1980s Jane Fonda Aerobics video playing as well?
