Hi. I'm gonna keep this short. I've always wanted to have the chance to lift again after I took a break AFTER lifting for almost 2 years. I look like someone who never touched weights now and I badly want to lift again so it could at least help me quit smoking. In those 2 years of me not being able to lift, I would say I was depressed but now I was able to convince my parents to allow me to lift again. I know it sounds crazy cos I'm already 19 but I'm still dependent, I live in South East Asia and my parents are the kind of people who believes in "education first before everything". Anyway, is it a great idea to be on a full body routine just like how I started because if I would go with full body I would be going with 5/3/1 (suggestions are very welcomed) or pick up where I left but with lower volume and such?

I was in the same boat with you when I first started (heck even now).
I started off at 120lbs at 5'11 at 17y.o.. when I started lifting/bulking, my parents & social group back then would criticize it as the norm in most parts of Asian tradition is to be skinny.
But be radical and keep at it OP!
Highly recommend a full body split.. and try to build better connections with passion similar to yours
