I am 32 years old, and have been suffering cystic acne on my chin/jaw line for the last few years. I have seen a dermatologist and was prescribed a medication called "Doxycycline Hyclate". I was informed that I had an infection/inflammation that was going on in skin which was causing the acne. "Apparently". I did a hormone test as well which came back normal. The next step was to take accutane which I declined to do. Recently I have been trying to alter my diet and will be seeing a naturopathic doctor to see what sensitivity I may have to foods. I cut out whey proteins/isolates. Can anyone recommend a protein powder that would be beneficial for my case? Im stuck between a pea/hemp (or vegan) protein powder and Egg protein powder as well. Taste is not an issue for me. The protein powder is not for daily use btw, just for the times I can't get a meal. Thanks.

I have yet to get a good egg protein powder in quite sometime however vegan powders like San Rawfusion and Pes Select Vegan are decent. Try San Banana Nut or Pes Vegan Chocolate Bliss. These are the best tasting out of all vegan proteins I have had.
