    Whey + BCAA Timing

    For budgeting purposes, I am limiting myself to one serving of BCAAs and one serving of Whey for each workout. What would be the optimal way to take them? Whey before and BCAAs after, or BCAAs before and Whey after?

    On a budget or not on a budget, no need for BCAA supplementation.

    And beyond BCAAs being pointless if, especially if you're meeting your macro, the timing of nutrients isn't relevant to the vast majority of people. Use the protein powder, if you need the help meeting your macro in a give day, whenever convenient.

    If you're on a budget, stick to the essentials... whole foods or whey protein if you can stretch that dollar.
    BCAAs are never truly needed... your money is best spent on whole protein or whey.

    I'm an experienced weight lifter and my feelings are this. Protein powders should be used to help meet your daily protein goals, and BCAAs should be consumed prior and or during training

    Most people here feel, protein timing is irrelevant, and BCAAs are not needed as long as you're consuming enough protein

    My advice to you is, find what works best for you
