Pain in the outside of elbow during/after "twisting" movements

I have Arnold presses and alternating bicep curls in my current program. During the twisting movement in each of these exercises, I experience significant pain during the twisting movement, especially near the the top of the concentric phase of the alternating curls. Anyone have any ideas as to why I'm experiencing pain? Any suggestions to reduce or eliminate this pain? Of course, I can and will go to the doctor if it continues, but I'm hoping someone has a clue and/or basic therapy suggestions to try.
