    Angry Do I only have a 2 pack abs?

    I can't feel anything in my lower abs, nor can I see anything there. I'm losing motivation on decreasing body fat levels since I don't really see progress. I'm slightly flexed in the pic, sorry for the blur/ angle.

    If you have access to a cable system, try ab pulldowns, they've done wonders for me. Also you do need to get your bmi down a bit before they'll be visible.

    Body fat still a little high, but you also lack muscle - meaning you'll have to get very skinny - and even then your abs likely won't be impressive. You need to get on a good weight routine now.

    "Ab" shape is determined by genetics, but also you won't know as mentioned above, until you build the muscle and you are lean enough. See you in 6 months! (of consistent and smart) training.
