I gained 20 pounds in the last month I cut to 190 but felt to depleted so bulked back up now I am gaining weight toofast! I went from about a thousand calories to 2500-3000 cals!
Looks to me like you don’t have an exact idea of how much you are eating. What are your stats, before and after you gained weight? If you are gaining too much too quickly, simply lower your calories but make sure you are still in a surplus to gain about half a pound a week.
