Good for you guys! I’m sure there are miscers who go to my gym, but I lift early before work and my schedule is tight. Doesn’t leave room to socialize. One of my good friend lifts at home, he’s the one I talk training with but we would never train together. He’s a lot bigger and higher lifts than me, though I’m more cut up. Different goals.

Thoroughly impressed with the lifts.
I can hit 315 bench, but not with that ****ing pause.
Can hit 405 on squat, but damn sure cant do it without a belt.
****ing impressed no knee sleeves or belt though.
