    Need some program advice / help (natural lifter)

    Hey guys. A little facts and background firstly.
    All natural lifter. I assume this is relevant when it comes to programming styles. I’m also 6’2”
    BW=245lbs (fluffy with some abs)
    Bench=415 touch and go 390 comp pause
    Squat=495
    Deadlift =530
    I’ve been lifting about 1 year. Started with first few months messing around. Bro split. First program was your basic starting strength. Ran that for a few months until I stopped progressing. After that I switched to conjugate. I ran this for about a month and a half because I stopped progressing on this very quickly. Not sure if I did it wrong or not. Did your basic ME and DE days for upper and lower with volume from accessories. After this I went to RPE training. Mikes general intermediate program. I made major gains here but stopped progressing after about 5 months. I think I still have some learning when it comes to auto regulation. Recently, I ran the Sheiko advanced medium load. It was the reccomended program. In 6 weeks (the first prep cycle followed by a custom 2 week peaking cycle) I made a 25lb Bench pr, 45lb squat pr, and a 60lb deadlift pr. Major gains. I ran it again and I made a 5lb Bench pr. Everything else stated the same.
    Question is, have I tried to progress too quickly? Was perhaps my died messed up? I should also add, Ive gained almost consistently 1lb a week since I started lifting. I’m not sure what program is optimal for where I’m at. Thanks guys and hopefully you can help!
