Hello i am 25 years old and I am following the fierce 5 Full body routine, I am 180lb 5f 10in and I use a calculate from google and it said i was 17.7%BF but i think im like around 23% I am not sure TBH.
I would like to look better and im not sure if i should keeping cutting i guess that what ill call it, i am eating 1700 cal a day or if i should just bulk. I am just looking for advice/motivation, on what i should be doing.
Bench 205 3x5
Squat 225 3x5
Front squat 175 3x5
OHP 115 3x5
Roman DL 175 3x8
1700 calories seems a little low to me, are you tracking all of your food currently? Personally, I would encourage you to cut to a lower body fat and then lean bulk from there. Lastly, have you calculated your current macro breakdown? Keep up the good work man, looking great!
