    Cut or Bulk?

    Dear all,

First post on this forum, I hope I have posted in the correct place.

I have recently started bodybuilding around 1 year ago.

I am 30 years old and have been on a 11 month bulk whereby my weight has gone from 140lbs to 176lbs at a height of 177cm.

During this time my body fat had increased up to 22%.

I have been on a 1 month cut so far and have reduced my bodyweight to 170lbs.

Not sure of my current body fat percentage. I was wondering whether I should continue to cut or bulk? I have current pictures on my bodyspace.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thomas

Cheers buddy. The plan is to get up to 200lbs in the long run. What would you cut down to? Before rebulking?

Cut, you have a lot going on in the mid section, lift heavy also.

I would do a nice slow cut. Drop maybe a lb per week and continue to lift heavy and try to progress on the big lifts. Take your time and do it correct.
