    Hello Everyone,

I have been a silent reader of these forums for a long time. Trust me, its a lot motivating.

    Stats:

    Name: Akshat Raj Jain
    Age: 34 yrs
    Body Weight: 90 kgs - 198.41 lbs
    Body fat percentage - 35%
    Height - 5ft 6in - 170 cm

goal: Dropping body fat % to below 30%
goal weight: 71 to 75 kgs

    Background:
for the last 33 years of my life, I had been more of a lazy person thinking about everything however doing nothing about it. Thought of loosing weight since childhood, joined gym several times but ended up quitting and gaining more fat. My highest weight was 108 kgs until 2016 and since then I have tried all i can to loose weight.

It took me a year to figure out the mantra. The right way and the right practices.

    My plan:
Diet: Ketogenic for 2 months, then switch to low carb diet.
    Exercise: 6 days a week - strength training, 1 hour a day.
followed by cardio 20 to 30 minutes.
    Supplements: Protien and bcaa

Lets see where it goes,.. will be posting updates.

    Day 1

    Day 1 was fun....

Did some shopping for meal preps and took body measurements.

Started the day with water fast from 7 am till 5 pm. Took a black coffee before going to gym. Spent 90 minutes in gym.

    3 exercises for chest.
    3 exercises for biceps.
10 minutes brisk walking on treadmill.
    5 minutes on cross trainer.

Returned from home and had 2 scoops protein shake (50 gms protein) and left for work - yeah! i do night shifts.
Ate 6 boiled eggs during work.

feeling a burn in tummy right now.
