I'm 173 cm tall and I weigh 79 Kg !!!
I look extremely thin and no one can guess that my weight is 79Kg
The only place in my body that have any fat is my belly.
I do not even have any love handles fat, there is no fat to grab on
How can this be ???

You're fat and don't have much muscle mass? Tough to know. I'm sure you have fat elsewhere, you just can't tell.

79 KG is actually quite a bit of weight for your height, especially if you are skinny (??!!)
For your height, a weight of 62-64 kgs should be quite adequate and functional.
Perhaps you can post a pic or two to show us exactly what this "skinny" fat looks like?
