    What BF% Am I?

    Well, you can tell which one is the relaxed and flexed picture, would just like a relatively accurate estimation.

    Agreed with above based on pics and no legs. Mid teens with little mass, good place to start. Eat very slightly above maintenance and lift heavy. Aim to gain 1-2 lbs per month.

    I’m a runner so my arms aren’t very big, but my calves and quads are jacked, extreme definition when flexing and multiple veins on thighs and calves when relaxed. On my arms I usually have a few veins on my forearms, multiple at the inner elbow, and one going down the bicep. I’ve lost most muscle mass on my arms due to not lifting in a while, but my max bench was 175 pounds in the past November. I’m thinking about getting back into it though.
