Hi, I am a kickboxer, I have 3 sessions per week, I'm developing my fighting skills and I love this sport, but it doesn't really give me appearing changes and I'd love to have some bigger muscles, could you help me with that? what should I do? add some bodybuilding sessions at home or what?
thanks

Yeah man that is too much unless you're some genetic specimen with crazy recovery abilities. Now I don't know if you do any strength training as a part of your kickboxing routine but if you don't I think it'll be fine to do some basic strength training 2x a week. Focus on the compounds and don't get too crazy with it and it will work wonders for your body and strength. I recommend you do the basics; Squat/Deadlift/BenchPress. However, if it doesn't work for you and it's still too much, by all means feel free to tune it down.
Source: I did TKD 3x a week and then started strength training 3x a week for about 5 months and I hated life.

Getting a ripped, muscular physique, especially if you're a fighter, is not that difficult a task.
As for whether you become bodybuilder big, or lean and ripped, is dependent on factors such as your diet, genetics and training intensity.
Check out the channel in my signature, and you will see plenty of ripped dudes, who are pretty huge along with several others who are ripped and skinny - These guys are all mud wrestlers, so they're very much fighters.
Cheers!
