Exclamation Coming back after 2 months off

Hi guys, just finished my GCSE’s. So I haven’t been training properly for around 2 months due to revision. I want to commit to the gym and get back on track.

I was wondering what the best way would be to start lifting again after time off. And the best split I should use if I want to bulk. Btw I am 153 pounds and 6 foot.
