    Which back-excercise to skip?

Hey, I'm currently creating a program, upper/lower split to be excact. While creating the upperbody-workout, I stumbled on which back-excercise I should cut, as I only want to do 3. I would also be grateful for some extra advice. Should I choose away rack pulls, inverted rows, DB rows or lat pulldowns?

    Sets and reps:

    Rack pulls
    x10-12
    x10-12
    x10-12
    x10-12

    Australian pullups/inverted rows
    Supinated grip AMRAP
    Supinated grip AMRAP
    Pronated grip AMRAP
    Pronated grip AMRAP

    DB rows
    x10-12
    x10-12
    x10-12

    Lat pulldowns
    x10-12
    x10-12
    x10-12

Depends what your pushing movements are and what sets and reps you're using for them.

    Australian pullups/inverted rows
    Supinated grip AMRAP

    DB rows

    Lat pulldowns
    x10-12

Loss the DB rows. I do floor presses just so my inverted rows have a companion exercise.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

I think you should skip lat pulldowns for the beginning because other exercises are enough for the back.

Not sure what Australian pullups are but you don't need them and lat pulldowns in the same workout. Pick one or you could alternate between the two of them week to week.
