Guys, it's TLOU. The first game told a deeply nuanced, complex story involving people from all walks of life. This one's going to do the same. I actually really liked the sequence in TLOU where you play as Ellie, and the DLC (which hinted stroooongly at this).

I understand (kinda) the upset that Gears has turned from a super brodown shootemup into other kinds of stories - I didn't play the last one but some of my favorite times on 360 were playing Gears 2 4 man coop thru the campaign. But TLOU and Naughty Dog in general has always been heavy into the storytelling aspect of their games.
