It's like I feel a rubber band snapping with each rep (like a rubber band flipping over the bone). Happens on outside of one shoulder.
It mainly happens when I do standing cable tricep pressdowns. Doesn't really occur at any other time in any other exercise.
It's not an injury. It's also not the bone or joint, it is probably a tendon or something else. I had torn that rotator cuff 10 years ago. It is healed now. But may be the reason for the occurrence.
Just curious if there is any knowledge regarding this.

No knowledge, but I can not do an overhead dumbbell triceps extension with my left arm. Any other overhead extension is fine, but use a dumbbell and I feel like my shoulder is knocking on impingement's door.
