Good day to you all,
I would like to ask what you guys use as far as smoothies if you guys do that.
I currently do a smoothie every day.
It consists of this, (Keep in mind I do not actually measure my food) I do quite a bit of Kale, a couple of hand fulls of spinach, 2 eggs, 5-7 blackberries, a banana (I've heard it's not great to have bananas) and a Oikos Triple Zero Mixed Berry yogurt.
Now I know there are plenty of things here that are not Keto please just let me know how i can make it better and actually let it fall under keto.

My go to "shake". I've made this 600-700 times. Or more really... I still like it.
You can very easily up the calories if need with more MCT Oil. Or use Canned Coconut milk instead of the one from a carton.
My Chia Drink I drank almost daily:
20oz unsweetened coconut milk (Cashew, Almond, Hemp, etc...)
2 TBSP Chia seeds
1 TBSP Unsweetened Raw Cacao Powder
1 Scoop Protein (70% Gemma Pea, 30% Hemp - Only had .2 Net carb per scoop)
1 (or 2) TBSP MCT Oil
Ceylon Cinnamon (as much as you like)
Liquid Stevia
Pink Himalayan Salt (as much as you like)
5 ice cubes (Helps break up the Chia seeds while mixing)
Shake a few times over an hour and let it sit over night. Perfect Keto meal replacement that is Vegan friendly. Filling too!
Ps... Your suggestion is not even close to anything Keto. That's already over your max for an entire day.

Green cocktail:
Mix avocado, kale, spinach, stevia, coconut milk, macademia nut oil, avocado oil and, for example, vanilla protein.
Blueberry keto smoothie:
Combine a small amount of blueberries or blueberries, unsweetened almond milk, almond butter and coconut oil. Although this recipe contains fruit is perfect if you are attacked during the diet keto something sweet.
Chocolate smoothie
Mix coconut milk, raw zucchini, romaine lettuce, spinach, chia seeds, avocado, cocoa powder and sweetener. This is an ideal option, which includes full fat, and cocoa turns up the taste without adding carbohydrates.
