So i was 82kg before (pure fat) but then i said: "i've had it!" I didnt wan to be laughed at or pushed around because of my physique!
So i made a change. Lost 25kg in a year and started working out like crazy 5-6 times a week for 2 hours. My chenge took about 3 years. But if i could do it again i would!

Push
And

I have done body composition tests at our local gym and at a doctors office (wanted to be sure 'cause I'm serious about this) and the other came out at 11% and the other at 12%. Since that i have gained more lean mass so that is why i say 11,5%.
I don't want to bull**** anyone.
Just saying what the doctors told me.
